The house is reached by a 3 km unpaved panoramic road, well maintained but not suitable for sports cars. Around the house there is a large fully fenced garden where we find a swimming pool (size 7×4 meters, depth 1.20 meters) located on a sunny terrace, a barbecue and a space equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The outdoor area is approximately 700 m2 wide and the 1.60 m high fence makes this property 100% pet friendly.
